Blood Test
Assess your essential iron levels with an in-clinic blood test, or provide a recent iron profile and full blood count (FBC) from your GP. Please note that external blood test results must be dated within the last 4 weeks. If your results indicate an iron deficiency, you may proceed to the next stage of treatment.
Consultation
Following a medical consultation and health questionnaire, our clinical team will review your blood results and calculate the appropriate dose of Ferinject for your infusion.
Iron Infusion
Your iron infusion is administered intravenously (IV) by a member of our medical team and typically takes around 15 minutes.
